TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The MLR 010 makes it possible to carry out the following operations:
- preparation of the various rounds on PC with description of the list of
the equipment to be inspected and creation of the control sheets specific
to each equipment
- loading of the various rounds to be carried out on PocketPCs,
- execution of the various rounds with immediate seizure of information to
be collected,
- the transfer of information to the return of the round of a pocket PC
towards the PC,
- automatic production of reports/ratios and edition to the Excel format
or pdf.
Configuration of the rounds
- identification of the roundsmen
- general parameters of the rounds (page of introduction, dates and
frequencies of execution, time constraints possible…
- definition of the “Points of Round” that the “Roundsman” must traverse
during the execution of each round.
- description of the operations to be carried out on the level of each
“Point of Round”, with creation of the “Control sheets” which will appear
on the screen of the pocket PC.
Analysis of the results
It can be carried out indifferently by:
- export towards Excel
- export towards pdf |
Control sheets
They can contain following information:
- information format text
- seizure of a comment
- photograph with legend
- request for response in multiple or single choice
- launching of another application installed on the PC
Necessary configuration
- The office computer must be of the type “PC compatible”, to be equipped
with a CD reader and a USB port, as well as operating system Windows 98 or
XP
- It will have also to be equipped with the software of synchronization
“ActiveSync” provided out of standard with the PC of pocket.
Description of the supply
- 1 pocket PC with USB station, cables of connection and case of
protection
- 1 CD with software
- 1 license PC software for configuration of the rounds and analysis of
the results
- 1 license PC software of pocket for execution of the rounds and
collection of the results,
- a handbook of catch in hand.
