Composition of the kit:
- 2 shafts pump centrifuges treated (tempered steel face-hardened) to make
possible the repeated operation of assembly and disassembling of the
bearings without risk of degradation of the trees of origin of the
centrifugal pumps of the MBP 100
- 2 sets of bearings allowing to make the operation of assembly and
replacement of the bearings
In option:
- Heating bearings: transportable, makes it possible to heat by induction
of the bearings going of a boring of 15mm to an external diameter of 340mm
and until 40kg. Delivered with 5 bars. Specific guarantee 3 years
- Box of casings of strike: fast and precise assembly. Is appropriate for
225 types of bearings, rings casings… It protects the tree and the machine
parts from possible damage due to the assembly.
- Mechanical Extractor 8 tons: for external extraction, very ergonomic for
disassembling on trees of 10mm of diameter to 100mm, that is to say 71
sizes of bearings
