Objective of the application:
The industrial screw compressor is a real system industrial present in all
industries or workshops using pneumatic technology
The maintenance of such installations can be done through tools for
diagnosis (ultrasounds, analyzes vibratory, thermography), within the
framework of a preventive maintenance according to data's manufacturer
(replacements of filters, of joints
) as within the framework of an
activity of curative maintenance (specific material provided for creation
of the breakdowns).
This compressor can simply be coupled with an existing installation in any
establishment to provide pneumatic energy to the whole of a workshop and
thus to put the pupil in real conditions of intervention at the time of
its maintenance actions
Technical description:
- An industrial compressor screw SULLAIR 7,5kW, 66m3/hr, soundproofed, 8
bars
- electric box integrated with electric platinum integrating the
contactors for starting star/triangle with time-lag commutation
- control panel: button of rearmament, switches, emergency stop,
- instrumentation: synoptic and warning lights, pressure gauges,
thermometer and hour meter.
