DESCRIPTION

The hydraulic press of briquette compaction is an hydraulic machine making it possible to carry out the hydraulic maintenance of system to jacks

Support for adjustments activities, diagnosis, replacement of failing components and improvement of the system.

The machine is able to be used only or joined with mixer MMH 102 and a system of conditioning of briquettes out of paperboards and palletization of the paperboards (consult us).

The machine is delivered supplements, instrumented, with technical handbook and practical work.

Material of industrial type.

Technical description and activities of maintenance on press:

Structure
- Aluminum Frame anodized on wheels with brake section 90 * 45mm
- Structure of the system of steel press/assemblies screwed and welded
- Characterisation

Description of the system of pressing
- system comprising 3 welded jacks
- operation of the cycle of pressing in electrohydraulic logic and being based on the use of hydraulic switching functions and electrohydraulic
- 1 room of precompaction allowing to proportion the volume of chips
- 1 room of compaction allowing the pressurization of the chips for agglomeration
- 1 cylinder head for compaction and evacuation of wood bricks with clamp of tightening
- minimum capacity of pushed jack of compaction under 100 bars: 5 tons

Sensors
- 2 Pressure gauges pressure controllers of which one equipped with analogical transmitter of pressure
- encoders position mechanical with lever
- laser detector for detection of the filling of the room

Supervision (option)
- visualization of the state of the pre-actuators
- representation by diagrammatic hydraulics and emulation of posting of the magelis
- complete piloting/started/put moving of the machine
- reading of instantaneous measurements of pressure of rotation

Electric structure
- general disconnecting switch of power supply

Activities for functioning crusher only or in line (any defective material and of provided replacement)
- Adjustment of the limiting device of pressure to ensure the maximum effort of the press
- Diagnosis and replacement of a jack with internal escape
- Diagnosis and replacement of a valve of defective sequence
- Integration of a system proportional of regulation of pressure allowing to control the rise in pressure of the system of compaction
- Analysis of operation by measurement of information of control: pressure and tension of instruction (measurement on banana plugs standard doubles well)

PEDAGOGIC APPLICATIONS

- Adjustment of the hydraulic components for obtaining the nominal conditions of walk of the machine.
- Diagnosis and replacement of hydraulic and electrohydraulic components failing
- Implementation of measures of the characteristics flow and pressure for activities of adjustment and diagnosis
- Modification of the hydraulic installation for improvement of the operation of the machine
