DESCRIPTION

 

The simulator desk of elevator ASC 150 makes it possible to make a study of the cycle of operation of an elevator as well as the validation of the activities of wiring of cupboards.

The simulator is delivered complete with handbook and technical file

TEACHING APPLICATIONS

• Connection on cupboard of operation.
• Visualization of the states of the preactionners on luminous indicators
• Simulation of the states of shunts of the various elements of the security chains by switches
• Open door/ closed door simulated by switches or operator of simulation
• Buttons of calls stages
• Buttons cabin
• Adjustment of the flags

PRESENTATION OF THE STATION OF SIMULATION:
- carrying structure in profiled aluminium
- partly high: vertical rectangular structure for fast fixing (by hooks support) of the various cupboards to be tested
- central part, an inclined desk with 45° with location of the various elements/structure in profiled aluminium and panel receiving the various control and display units
- interface cupboard to be tested/desk by bootable connectors standard harting weidmuller souriau, amphenol or equivalent.
- Catch will hypra 400V+ N+terre protected by disconnecting switch cadenassable, circuit breakers + differential 30 my and stop emergency for power supply of the cupboard and the desk (=DTU integrated)

DETAIL OF THE DESK

- 2 luminous pushbuttons (rise/descent) for each of the 3 simulated levels
- 1 paving stone of 3 luminous pushbuttons cabin 1, 2 and 3
- 1 button alarms
- 1 button forcing closing carries
- 1 button forcing opening carries
- 1 bill-poster of level by indicators
- 5 luminous indicators 230V AC for fast assembled indication, slow rise, fast descent, slow descent, brake.
- Switches of simulation of opening of shunt carries landing, carries cabin, limiting device, parachute, tensioner of limiting device in opaque case closed (activity of fault finding) for cut of tension until 230V AC or cd.
- 1 optical sensor for simulation of the passage of the flags

mini elevator of simulation:
- sheath miniature of 1,5m of race
- located on the side of the station of simulation
- 1 carriage motorized by three-phase asynchronous motor reducer with wheel and nonreversible screw simulating the displacement of the cabin
- 1 sensor of optical level assembled on the carriage mobile
- ropes with cords and flags (3 levels)

mini operator of door:
- engine, doors with opening side dimensions 200 * 200mm.
- Race end sensor shunt and Sensor carries closed to 2 contacts NF (carries landing and carries cabin)
- Module positioned between the desk and the cupboard of operation

Post wiring of cupboards:
- structure in profiled anodised aluminium identical to the high part of the station of simulation.
- Various heights of work usable.
