DESCRIPTION
Under system WINCH of ELEVATOR makes it possible to carry out
the principal modernization and maintenance actions of the
systems of lifting of winch elevators
The bench is delivered complete, with teaching handbook and
technical file

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Presentation of the subsystem:
- Aluminium Structure shaped anodized on swivelling wheels braked.
- Characterisation supplements by transparent polycarbonate caps.
- Electric Box composed of the safety measures (disconnecting
switch, circuit breaker, differential…) and of a simple contactor reverser
allowing to control the winch starting from the button manufacture of
order located on this same box.
- Harting connectors with dimensions of the box allowing to carry
out the shunt of the part contactor reverser to deviate it on an off-set
cupboard in which platinums of modernization of piloting are integrated.
- Off-set Cupboard: this cupboard makes it possible to carry out
various activities of wiring without to monopolize the didactized winch.
It is equipped with harting connector for connection with the electric
box. The block connector in foot of box allows the real wiring of the
various turntables proposed.
This off-set cupboard has a mobile structure with wheels making it
possible to uncouple the activities on winch from the activities from
wiring while remaining under real conditions from wiring.
- Platinum of order 2 speeds compatible with the cupboard off-set
for activities of wiring
- Platinum of order to variator compatible with the cupboard
off-set for activities of wiring
Teaching activities and material specific on cupboard to variator:
- wiring of the turntable 2 speeds: composed of a device with
double contactor reverser allowing to control the two-speed system.
- wiring and parameter setting of a variator turntable of frequency
- connection of rolling up on the orders high/low speed =
establishment of the bond between speeds and the impedance of rolling up
(on platinum 2 speeds)
- choice of rolling up to be used within the framework of a
modernization by integration of variator on a two-speed winch.
- replacement of the brake linings and adjustment |
