DESCRIPTION

The unit is delivered complete, with instrumentation and with technical documentation and instructions.

The system consists of a tank and three pumps which have to supply the distribution tank (water tower).

The consumption is adjusted by a leak-flow valve connected to the distribution tank.

The cycle is managed by an industrial programmable controller.

PEDAGOGIC APPLICATIONS

This unit had been created for new sections involving electronic control
– Study of the concepts of a water pumping station
– Measurement of the parameters involved in pumping water to specific heights
– Rotation of the pumps and maintenance operations
– Regulation - PID type on frequency variator of TOR (all or nothing)
– Programming the API controller
