DESCRIPTION

 

The mixing is an usual unitary operation in Industry. It permits to make thermal and material transfers as well as reaction.

This unit makes it possible to have an industrial and teaching approach..

Material stainless, ADF (explosion-prof) and equipped with a system of safety.

Possible instrumentation (pH, temperature, viscosity, measurement of couple on the engine). Setting on casters.

The equipment is delivered complete with instruction manual and technical documentation, it is intended for various training levels.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Tank
- Volume : 20 liters
- 316 L stainless steel
- Bottom outlet DN 20 - Inox 316 L

Bracket
- Tubular frame with guide rail and sliding carriage.
- Carriage equipped with the attachment unit of the agitator.
- To pose on ground, to fix at the wall or possibility of putting on casters.

Tap
- 316 L stainless steel
- fixed on the bracket thus allowing a use for several tanks.
- Fixing with fast but sedentary fastener.

Mobile of agitation
- All the provided mobiles are out of stainless steel 316 L.
- Origin equipped with a dispersion blade.

Agitation

- Variator and speedometer (180-1000 min-1)
- Adjustable position (for the height)
- ADF motor with safety on the tank avoiding a bad positionning of the tank.

Sensor
- Temperature of the tank: stainless steel and with display
