DESCRIPTION

 

Fermentation is a reaction calling upon micro-organisms. The apparatuses allowing this bio-reaction are called fermenters.

These apparatuses are characterized by traditional equipment by the fact of functioning in sterile environment.

This pilot of fermentation will be sterilizable by introduction of vapor

One will work in batch, at controlled temperature, a degasification and a ventilation is envisaged

The fermenter is an engine perfectly agitated and instrumented.

The unit of fermentation is delivered complete, instrumented with a technical handbook and practical work.

The tank and its environment (fluid lines process and auxiliaries) are mounted on a frame support any mobile stainless with casters and brakes

THE TANK
- Tank air-conditioned out of ring, equipped with its device of ventilation and a port-hole with vertical glance.
- Polished interior Completion grain 180, indicative Ra Ł 0.8 µm
- Dismountable flat Lid equipped with 2 handles of operation
- Assembly with supports with joint in L
- Fixing by screw
- Fund curvature GRC
- Control of the temperature by forced circulation, water or vapor, in a double envelope welded onto the ring of the tank
