Designed and manufactured to industrial standards.

The control console provided with the unit makes it easy to use.

Electrical circuit: battery, alternator, starting motor, computer chip, pumps, engines…
Cooling circuit: protected radiator, fan, expansion tank

Anodised aluminium extruded section
Engine fastened on shock mount
Protective guards on rotating parts and parts subjected to high temperatures
Oil, motor fuel, water storage tanks
Battery box, motor fuel tank box

• Lorry engine. All variants are possible (low, medium, high power)

Equipment as required by European standards and labour laws.

PEDAGOGIC APPLICATIONS

• Routine engine maintenance:
Changing oil, purging and filling cooling systems.
Check fit of cylinders and check cooling and lubricating systems .
Temperature and pressure control
Removal and replacement of worn parts like chains, joints, , etc…
Adjusting injection system and valve clearance.

• It is possible to completely disassemble

the engine
Identifying the function of various parts checking for wear, making adjustments, and reassembling the engine. Simulation of problems when starting or when running under load (optional)
